Whiskey Smoker Directions
Fill the Whisky Smoker chimney with the wood chips provided.
Place the smoker on top of your cocktail glass, (filled with your whiskey) with the chimney over the center of the glass.
Using a chef’s butane torch, light the woodchips in the smoker chimney keeping the flame ON until the glass fills up with smoke (approximately 8-12 seconds). Once filled, remove the flame and turn off the torch.
Leave the Smoker on top of the glass for 15-30 seconds infusing the smoke into the liquid (up to 60 seconds for a robust taste).
